By creating an account or using Simmeros (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Simmeros is a web-based cooking workspace that lets you import recipes from the web, organize them, and cook hands-free with step-by-step guidance, voice commands, and timers. The Service is provided by Simmeros and hosted at simmeros.com.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One person per account. Accounts are non-transferable.
If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us at hello@simmeros.com for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Recipes you import, notes you write, and data you create remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. We store it solely to provide the Service to you. You may delete your content or your account at any time.
Simmeros imports recipes from third-party websites for your personal use. We do not host, republish, or redistribute recipe content publicly. You are responsible for ensuring your use of imported recipes complies with the source website’s terms. Simmeros is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party recipe content.
Simmeros includes an AI cooking assistant that can answer questions about substitutions, techniques, and cooking guidance. AI responses are generated by a third-party provider (OpenAI) and are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Use your own judgment when following AI suggestions, particularly regarding food safety and allergens.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: automated scraping, attempting to access other users’ data, reverse engineering the Service, or using it in any way that violates applicable law.
We strive to keep Simmeros available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Simmeros is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@simmeros.com. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the application. Continued use of Simmeros after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Your use of Simmeros is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
